Step into the woods and discover the edible abundance growing all around us. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of safe, sustainable foraging before gathering seasonal ingredients. We’ll end with a live cooking demo, transforming your harvest into a shared meal that celebrates the flavors of the land.

  • Chef Nico is a private chef, farmer & forager. Her background in integrative nutrition, food science & herbalism inspires unique, wholesome, delicious experiences to optimize your health. She offers farm-to-table catering, pop-up dinner experiences, and cooking classes to share the love of living off the land. Her Forager's Supper Club is a seasonal pop-up dinner to honor the bounty with a unique, locally sourced farmed & foraged fire cooked meal.
