  • Jason Adkins is the Environmental Projects Coordinator at the School of Theology and Christian Ministry, where he leads faith-based ecological initiatives that promote sustainability and stewardship. He manages the university’s urban farm, offering hands-on workshops and classes that engage underserved communities in sustainable agriculture and food justice. Through his work, Jason bridges theology, environmental action, and community empowerment to inspire meaningful steps toward sustainability and care for the earth.
